Motherboard compatibility

Hello, I want to buy a motherboard for my low-leve bricked Wii.

My wii is japanese. The motherboard is american.
The new motherboard comes without bluetooth and wi-fi modules. So, I'll have to use my old japanese ones.
Will I have incompatibility issues?? (region related)

NTSc-U mobo + NTSC-J wi-fi and bluetooth = Alright?

The only difference I know of between regions is software, so no problem.
