My wii has a FS nand usage of 3.3% which means that it was formatted right?

Am I still able to use the method that's not spoken of to restore my wii?

Or is the only possible way is to find a donor nand.bin and use betwiin?

You could use Comex's NAND formatter to reinstall the system menu.
