Help Me Pweeeeez!?!?!?!

Well recently my family decided to update then format the wii system.
Right now im trying to put the pieces back together
only problem is my preloader is busted
it makes a weird noise when i try to use the reset button at start
and it wont even come up
and when i try to install i get the error message
does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

This is not a brick, you just have an updated system.

You no longer have preloader installed as updates ALWAYS remove preloader (there is no way for them not to remove it, it is not intentional on Ninty's part). You cannot reinstall as you have no trucha bugged IOS (this IS intentional on Ninty's part). We sadly cannot help you restore trucha bug as its main use these days is piracy.
