How do I unsoftmod my 4.1U Wii?

I have revision 7, IOS249, and the system is updated to 4.1U. How do I get rid of all the soft mods as if it was never hacked?

First of all, this is the completely wrong section.

Second of all, you could use AnyTitle Deleter to delete all of the stuff you don't want anymore, but I don't know what all of the ID's are.

This isn't the same Wii as last time, this is my friends.

When I get to Anytitle Deleter, it says

"informing Wii that I am God... Error! ES_identify (ret = -1017)

After that it gets to the AnyTitle deleter menu and when I get into the system files, it won't let me delete IOS249, IOS254

When I try, it asks me if I want to uninstall the title, and when i press yes, it says:

Ticket delete failed (No ticket?) -102
-Deleting ticket file /title/0000001/000000f9...
Error! ISFS_Delete(ret = -102)

Same happens with IOS254

I have exactly the same as BedtimeHERO.
Any luck on solving this issue?

I have the European version, but I have the impression it's regarding regions...
Any thoughts

Use Dop-IOS Mod to patch IOS 36 with the trucha bug and ES_Identify.
