Updating Shop channel to v19

i am currently trying to update the shop channel using WiiSCU i followed a guide. the bottom of the screen says -> Downloading content #1 OF #15 ..hash.BAD (< i dont know if this is what it says for sure its a little blurry) is this bad? and if so what should i do? please help i dont want my wii bricked and i just want to buy cave story from the shop

EDIT: ok i just hit the b button and it took me back to the HB Channel i dont know if i should try again or use a different program.

Use dop-Mii if WiiSCU isn't working, but a bad Shop Channel install shouldn't brick your Wii anyway.

Also, the site you linked to has info on stuff that can be used for piracy, so please avoid linking to that site on these forums in future. Thanks.

run it the same way as any other app. if you have an ios that accepts fake signatures ("has trucha bug" e.g. a cIOS), choose it at the first menu, other wise choose "Install an IOS that accepts fake signatures", and then choose to update Shop Channel at the next menu.
