System files corrupted

I had a corrupted system file warning and i was wondering

Is there a way for me to restore my files

Is there an app for me to veiw the tickets on my wii and see if there is a problem there

I had the same problem. I used Preloader to access my HBC, then downgraded using anyregeonchanger. Worked like a charm.
