WiiBrew Stoped Working/Bricked?

Having a fully functional Wiibrew, I was trying to downgrade my 3.3U wii to 3.2, following these directions:

Step 7 - Using the Homebrew Channel, open Install Shop IOS51. Say Yes to installing the IOS51 and Yes to patching a fix but No to the Wii Shop Channel (it shouldnt matter if you install but it wont make any difference).

After saying no to that last choice, the screen froze. After resetting, everything still remained intact, but my wii was/is still on 3.3, and the WiiBrew channel no longer works. It's still on the System menu, but as soon as I press start, the Wiimote disconnects and there is a black screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem remains. Does this mean I can never use Wiibrew ever again?

No, this means you followed out of date instructions and killed your shop channel, thus rendering the homebrew channel useless.

To fix your problem, have WiiSCU install IOS61 and the shop channel.

Can I do that without using the homebrew channel? Because if not, then there is nothing I can do.

Use bannerbomb, then. May want to use Loadmii as a go-between.

Yes, launch them from an exploit (ex: bannerbomb).

So if I just have WiiSCU on my SD card when I launch bannerbomb, it will work?

As long as WiiSCU is in the right place and named correctly, I see no reason why not.

Looking for guides; where exactly could I find the the right place/name? I don't want to dig myself into a deeper hole.

WiiSCU's boot.dol should be in the root of the SD card.

Do I get the -Trucha or the +Trucha ISO61?

It doesn't matter, i don't think. You can do either one. And just so you know, its IOS, not ISO. Those are two completely different things. :)

Just tried, and the homebrew channel still doesn't work, and neither does the store.

UPDATE: Looks like I found my problem [www.gbatemp.net]

I'll let you know what happens.

UPDATE II: Alright, I followed the directions in the link and it worked to a T. Thanks for your support, you steered me towards the right track.
