Bricked wii/ bootmii NOW FIXED redbrick SYSCONF

HI to all it is possible to repair. without dumping a nand.

there is a simple program called fix.if i am aloud to post how i repaired it please let me know. i did not use any wads just 2 apps. this would really help people out if i am aloud to say.
ultimate fix for deleted sysconf where the wiimotes wont work for using resue discs.
my homebrew is back to blue.
my wii starts without any sd support.

this is really simple to do.

What? The goal of this forum is to help you fix your Wii. I (and everyone else reading this I'm sure) are thrilled that you fixed your Wii.

You posted a topic asking if you could post the method you used to fix your Wii. All I'm doing is telling you to PM me instead of posting it publicly. (After all you are asking for permission, aren't you?)

Yes, you're terribly mistaken.

Every single person who has replied to you in your entire time here on the forum knows nothing about coding except the man who wrote the post you're reading right now. Clearly, the quality of the content made by the posters here has fooled you.

Regarding your PMs, I was merely suggesting that they don't exist. So I'd like to see you prove me wrong by copying and pasting a few of them (author's names included) for me to see.

I FELT REAL SAD AND SCARED (as in fear/ cant spell)

I have next to no coding experience and i have never been treated wrong here. As you can see by my # of posts ive helped a lot of people without any coding experience. So yes you are wrong on that front.

The quote boxes are at the bottom right-hand corner of each post. If you want to quote a particular section, click on the little "quote" button, and then state the person you are quoting from. After that, copy/paste the quote of the person into the little {quote} {/quote} boxes.

someone answered my post in newbies with a link to coding or testing.
i didnt know that it was for coding stuff only. and yes i ramble on and on and on and cant wait for an answer as im so rude and impatient.

I got a app called gc-controller brick fix.
it includes a setting.txt file pal or us
it includes a manager that supports gamecube controller.
it inclues a app called gc-fix.

you copy the setting.txt file to root of sd.
you reinstall anything you have deleted by any means possible! this is the bit i am waiting for answer from him.
you then run the gc_fix.dol and it rewrites the setting.txt file to your wii sysconf
then hopefully no more REDbrick

i just want arkido to make sure that its all ok to post (the reinstalling bit) if he says yes then i will post the link here tommorow.

It was so simple i couldnt believe it worked.

Hi just wondering if you could please send me the files, I bricked my wii yesterday putting a theme file on, I'm quite new to this (actually yesterday was the first time I'd messed with my wii at all and now its screwed and unfortunately was my kids xmas present last yr :( any help would be great and I can give details of files i put on it etc, I have a gc controller connected to it and can do the savemii free thing so that the version number comes up but stuck from there.

You should probably post this as a new thread. The fix he is describing involves a specific type of problem with a specific solution that may not apply to you, so blindly applying fixes may just make things worse. Go ahead and create a new thread describing exactly what you did and the exact symptoms you are experiencing with as much detail as possible and then do yourself a favor and WAIT for a response before mucking around with your system. Good luck.
