no system settings menu ! only dots !

well i have a korean wii i region changed it to 3.2u and then installed ciosrev 14 now i only get dots it the system setting rest everything is working ! then i installed cios corps but no luck is there any way i can fix it ????

no idea, you installed cIOSCrap which could very well be the source of your issue

no the issue was already there before the cios corp was installed after that !!!!!
