Yeah I decided to email Nintendo about getting it repaired last night.
Nintendo just sent me this email.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a problem with your Wii console. While we are typically able to provide written responses to those who email us, in this particular instance the issue you’ve brought up is one that requires that we discuss it with you directly in order to collect additional details and provide you with the best solution.
Our representatives are waiting to speak with you. At your earliest convenience, please contact Nintendo's Consumer Service Department by calling 1-800-255-3700 any time between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.
Sincerely,
Nintendo of America Inc.

When ever I turn on my wii it just stays black and the wii remote never syncs
I don't know what to tell them.
but on the bright side they get to profit on my misery by collecting consumer information worth hundreds of dollars.
