Low Level Bricked! No BootMii, No Preloader!

Please help me
My Wii has a low level brick.
It can't start anything.
When I turn it on it reads the drive for a disk and then does nothing.
It's not showing a screen.
My Wii is 'Bootmii boot2-available'
I had first 4.0E but then I accidentally updated it to 4.2E .
But the update did only remove Bootmii and maybe DVDX.
I was able to downgrade to 3.2E and I did.
I installed BootMii but it says when i did it ' Succesfully Installed '
Install BootMii boot2?
A= Yes B=No
I said yes but then it removed it.
I reinstalled it and said no .
I quitted and used Waninkoko's 4.0 Updater.
Then when i turned my wii on it was bricked.
I tryed to boot Bootmii but it doesnt boot it stays black and I also tryedto use the same cables on another wii and they work.

Please help me

Yet more proof of why "safe" updaters are a bad idea. Does your wii's disc drive light flash twice when you turn on the wii? If it does, you still have Bootmii. If this is the case, you need to make sure that your SD card is supported and that it has the correct Bootmii files.

If Bootmii really is gone, you need to use an Infectus to manually install Bootmii. Then you can fix it.

When I turn my wii on it only flashes once.

How much does a Infectus cost and where can you buy it?

I'm Dutch so I only saw somewhere a InJectus.

I might as well explain why you got bricked.

When you updated to 4.2, IOS60 was replaced with a non-working version. When you downgraded, it was left there. When you tried to update to 4.0, the installer did nothing about the stubbed IOS60 and bricked your Wii.

But why Waninkoko's Updater did'nt warn me?

Waninkoko's updater would have installed the stub IOS 60 rather than the correct version if you didn't have IOS 60 at all. Either way, you would end up with a brick. This is why you should avoid "safe" updaters. In most cases, you also shouldn't downgrade. In most cases, if you downgrade and then update with a game disc, you will end up with a brick unless you delete the stub system menu IOSes when downgrading.

But why it does not overwrite the stub IOS'es

because the stub IOS has a higher version number so it will not be overwritten ...

I've read somewhere something about SaveMiiFrii.
And I also read somwhere that you need something installed

savemiifrii will not work in your case. You have a stubbed IOS. The only way to fix that is with an infectus if you have vulnerable boot1
If not then it is not fixable at all. So consider yourself lucky that you can have bootmii in boot2 installed
otherwise your wii was only fixable by replacing a motherboard which is expensive

SaveMiiFrii does not need an IOS, right?

The rescue menu is a feature of the system menu, so SaveMii/SaveMiiFrii only works if the system menu and its IOS are intact, which is not the case.
