HELP! Bricked Wii

My Wii just stopped working after I installed a theme. Every time I turn it on, all I can see are pink and green lines. The Wii remote will connect to the system but I can't get it to do anything. I installed bootmii as boot2 but I can't get it to show up. Please help!

If not:
have a look at section D at [savemii.net] because it would appear that you have a low-level failure which unfortunately is the worst kind!

If so:
Have a look at section A on the previous link, it would appear you have a banner brick.

URGENT TIP: Never install system themes as they are the most common case of some tough bricks. They may look cool, but do pink and green lines look cool?
