Here's a step-by-step.
1. Insert a SaveMii, perform the GameCube controller instructions listed above, or hold all four directions on a GameCube DDR pad connected to the fourth player slot.
2. Insert an ORIGINAL (non-burnt) Korean Wii game containing the 4.3 update. I'm not sure if any currently exist. If the System Menu version displayed changes to version 4.3K, turn off your Wii and it should be unbricked. If not, there is little to nothing that you can do.

Provided this method actually works at all, a game with 4.2K will be fine. There is no need to wait for a game with 4.3K.
