I got a used wii motherboard on ebay on 3.1U im boot 2 im going to install bootmii as boot2 if i delete my system menu after making a nand backup will i be safe to restore it or will i not beable to fix it?

If you have BootMii as boot2 then you will be able to restore your NAND dump no matter what. I'm not sure why you'd delete your System Menu though...
