Is there an app for USB flash drives to be used?

Well, to start off, I have an SD card, and a running Homebrew Channel, and Homebrew Browser, but is there any app that allows you to use a usb flash drive to transfer data such as apps or gamesaves back and forth from a computer and a wii?

Also, is it possible to transfer Animal Crossing gamesaves using a usb flash drive?
