AnyRegion Changer fails to run

Hello All.

I haven´t had my Wii connected to any wifi for a long time, but decided recently that i should try HomeBreewChannel.

Unfortunately my Wii is version 2.2E, and HBC requires atleast 3.x something...
So, no problems i thought and tried to run AnyRegion Changer for an upgrade to 3.2E.

But, it just doesn't work.
After pressing Yes to the questions, the application starts PatchMii and then starts to download (i think) and then suddenly the screen prints out garbled text, it looks like the resolution should be changed or something, then it reverts to the startscreen of AnyRegion Changer again.

And that's where i am today.

Any ideas?

I think the best thing to do is to acquire a game with the 3.2 update on it and use that to get to 3.2

how were you running ARC? with the twilight hack? by replacing the dol in the root with ARC?

Yup, twilight hack, ARC named as boot.dol on root of sd-card.
I tried the regular ARC, and also the patched-to-korean version, but same problem on both.

Ah well ...
Does anyone know which game that has a 3.2 update on it?

I think Mariokart...most of the official nintendo games...

even if you get to 3.4, you could downgrade for there..

I bought the game Battle of the bands, costs 100 swedish krona appr. 9 eur.
It upgraded my Wii to 3.1E, so now i've installed ARC and HBC w/o any problems.

Case closed :)
