New PC app

Hello to everyone!
I've write a small application in Java that shows icon and meta data of applications in a folder.
More precisely it starts from a directory and search for boot.dol files at any depth, so you can put it in apps folder to see the applications that the HBC shows, or if you use Categorii you can put it in the root of SD and you can see all your applications divided into tabs.

Now the question is: can I put it with the PC Utilities in this site? And if I can, can I simply make the page in the wiki or I have to do something else first?
