Need help installing Homebrew Channel on 3.3U Wii via Bannerbomb

I'm trying to softmod a friends Wii by installing the hombrew channel on it. I'm using a 4GB PNY micro SD card, and Bannerbomb V1, however the Wii doesnt prompt me to load boot.dol/elf to install the channel. Also the Wii is 3.3U. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need an SD card 2GB or less. System Menus 4.0 and up can read SDHC cards though (4GB+). MicroSD cards have some problems with compatibility
