Upgrading from 3.2e

I've been out of the community for a while and I'm running 3.2e on my Wii which is unlocked for all my lovely homebrew applications with Twilight Hack.

How can I get from here to a more recent software version on which I can run Super Mario Galaxy 2, whilst retaining all my homebrew access? I bought the game yesterday and have now discovered I can't run it without updating.

You CAN run it without updating by running it via Gecko OS every time you want to play it.

Alternatively, if you update HBC to the latest version (1.0.7), its perfectly safe to update.

I am on 3.2e myself and have no problems playing any games. The only reason to update would be to get sdhc compatibility which does not interest me.
