Can I send a HBed wii to nintendo??

I have homebrew, and now that darn artifact problem. Nintendo said even since it was out of warranty that they would still fix it. Can everything be put back to normal? HOW? any info would be appreciated.

The artifact problem is propably caused by a defective GPU. Nintendo will most like replace it.

Since the GPU is part of the security in your system you could loose all data.
