4.0E to need'ed 4.3? plz help

I did find answer on my question. "WiiBrew recommends that you run the latest version of the HackMii Installer and then optionally update your Wii to 4.3 using Nintendo's official updater." ;)

What are you asking? How to update? if you are connected to the internet HBC will ask you to update, let it update then you can update to 4.3 Or download the latest hackmii installer run it through HBC choose to uninstall and reinstall HBC to the current version and then update to 4.3

4.3 is not needed for anything, besides IOS58 for homebrew USB 2.0 support. If you own Your Shape, you already have IOS58 and don't need to update. Even if you don't have it, you can use the IOS58 Installer to get it.
