USB Won't Read

I am trying to install apps onto the HBC.

I have set it up to apps

I have tried.

WBSF
Formatting NTFS
Formatting Fat32


I am very frustrated. Can any one help?

It needs to be FAT32. Make a folder called "apps" and in that folder make a folder for the app. Inside the folder for the app put the "boot.dol" file.

I assume by WBSF you actually mean WBFS which is a "file system" used for USB loaders, which are against the rules here. WBFS is NOT going to work with HBC and please don't talk about it or USB loaders here.
