Help, making a wiihome is agrivating me

I have all the png and music files setup correctly in the wiihome folder in the root of the sd card. (i used a font from another theme someone else made because i didnt kno how to make one), but when i put the card in the wii and start it up, the regular wiihome channel shows instead. what am i doing wrong, pleez help

Do you have preloader/priiloader set to autoboot the installed file?

Anyway, WiiHome is pretty old and I don't think it's supported anymore, probably can't load HBC anymore for example.
