Can I add music to the Homebrew Channel?

Is there any way I can have an mp3 file load and loop when the Homebrew Channel is loaded or would it have to be programmed to do this?
I'm guessing the latter but it doesn't hurt to ask.

you could dump the channel from your NAND and create a wad of it. then run it through wadder and select a new mp3 to loop.

I think it just needs an underwater sound. a simple loop really.
