White screen saying contact opera helpdesk.....

Hi there...

I hope someone can help me out here.

Last week I was trying to hack my WII 4.3E with letterbomb and while hacking it something went wrong.
I ended up wiht only a Black screen. While searching the internet to fix it, it getted worser.
I have only a white screen saying;

It is impossible for me the get pas by

even holding the reset button when turning on still give me the same message

If you have no BootMii and no way to load homebrew (such as Priiloader/Preloader), you cannot fix your Wii. You would need a hardware NAND programmer and a fresh NAND dump.

And how can i get that? Homebrew whas installed...but i did something wrong with a region setting...US and it should be EU
