Compiler question, not sure if goes to coding or not

I was trying to compile the Wii template, but I got this error:

> "make" 

> Failed to create process: The system cannot find the file specified.

> Process Exit Code: 0
> Time Taken: 00:00

I have put c:\devkitpro\msys\bin\ in my PATH variable but I still get the same error.

Reinstall devkitPro. Most likely to the C: drive
