new games trouble

im having trouble playing any new games on my wii i have homebrew installed 3.2 firmware do i need to update and is it save to do so?

Launch your games with Gecko OS.

If you get asked for an update when you try to launch your disk, just launch it through gecko os, which is a homebrew application. You can also use this app to apply codes to your wii games/channels. To read up more on this, go here. :D
