I Had HBC Previously Installed and i wanted to get the 4.0 Update, now when the update installed, i cant open HBC or Bannerbomb.. any help?

Uninstall and then reinstall the HBC with Bannerbomb.

does DVDx Still work under 4.0?

yes. you can install with HackMii Installer 0.2 if you dont already have it installed, or if you do have it installed, it will still work fine.
