yes with DOP ISO MOD, is on screen says select the iso you want to dop. but i can't install the ISO50 that says sistem menu for 3.4 the only ones that be install is ISO249 AND ISO35 thats why im asking you which one

You need Internet connection on your Wii. And it's not ISO, its IOS. ISO= game IOS= system file.

THis is why it's called cIOSCRAP. Get an IOS wad from NUS downloader (PC app) and try to install it through WAD Manager or WAD import.

BUT DO I HAVE TO INSTALL WAD MANAGER FIRST? OR IT STILL DOING LIKE BANNERBOOM? OR WITH APPS?

ISO at Wikipedia. Relating it to games is inaccurate. I know this may look exagerated but you should have in mind this guy is actually learning from the info you gave him, I get worried when I go to visit my girlfriend's brother (he is like 11) and his head is full of incorrect ideas gotten trough internet.
