PreLoader help

Hey, I'm fairly new to Wii homebrew. I downloaded PreLoader mod by DacoTaco, and I was wondering if if someone could help me with installing it. I really can't figure it out. I am running on system menu 4.1, have homebrew channel and DVDx installed (but can't figure out dvdx either...). I haven't used any applications that alter the NADA yet. Can someone please give me instructions? Thanks!

Take the installer .dol in the download and rename it to boot.dol. Run it through the HBC.

As for DVDx:

With the proper software, you can then read DVD discs to play DVD movies, load stored ROMs (for emulators that support this feature), and theoretically anything else that can be done by reading a DVD.
