StarPatch help

Hi, i downloaded starpatch 4.1, but can not seem to get it to work. when I start it up it says,

"ES_identify (as us) error... -1017

returning to loader".

Can someone tell me what this means and how I can fix it?

It means you need a cIOS installed to get the application to work. The methods of obtaining one are not condoned here.
