Few noob questions o.o

1. How do you know if you have BootMii installed? I really don't remember if I ever installed it xD

2. Where do you start developing apps? I think it's time to port UO to the Wii x3

1.) If you turn on your wii with your SD card inserted, and this screen comes up, then you have bootmii installed as boot2. If you go to the HBC and press home, if it says "Launch Bootmii", then you have bootmii installed as an IOS.
