If this is already the latest version... well, suck it.

Try launching Dop IOS MOD through bannerbomb, and installing any IOS. I think that will fix your problem.

You should also use Hackmii Installer version 0.6.

That'll work. Just make sure the IOS you install has no patches applied to it. I highly recommend using IOS 30 v1040

I try it but which DOP ISO MOD it come out I run it with the ISO 30 it run than tells me it fail what I'm doing wrong please help me

Whats tells you that "it fail?" What are you trying to install?

You don't run it with IOS30, you should run it with IOS36 (i.e. on the first menu that appears choose IOS36). Then install IOS30 by selecting IOS30 and pressing "-"

Step 1. Get NUS Downloader.
Step 2. Get the Wii common key, I can give you that.
Step 3. Download the latest IOS36 and pack it into a WAD.
Step 4. Use wadImport to install that WAD.

HBC installation should now work.
