If you have installed BootMii as boot2, simply scroll to the last icon in the main menu using a GC controller or the front buttons on the Wii, then select it. Then a new menu will appear. Select the icon with the arrow going TO the SD card. Follow on screen instructions.

You mentioned Boot2

I don't think I did that.

I installed bootmii and the editor.

Im not sure if Its on boot2 though.

I made the backup. Now how do I set it to boot2?

If the HackMii Installer didn't let you install BootMii as boot2, you can't do it.

Your right. I didn't see that until you mentioned it.

Under the bootmii option it says:

The installed boot 1 version prevents a boot2 intsall (-2)

Is that because Im at 4.2?

So then Im screwed?

No, it's because you have a newer boot1

No offense to you, I'm just venting here in general, but why the hell are people so afraid of 4.2, I mean, even if you are into the whole piracy thing which isn't supported here, it's not a big deal. I just don't get it.
