Can we get rid of discs?

Sorry for asking the most basic question of all. We recently purchased a wii (4.3U) and are rapidly getting fed up with the switch-the-disc routine.

Would homebrew allow us to move (our legal copies of) disc-based games to an SD card such that we can start any of them from the main menu?

We don't support burned games, which is pretty much what you are wanting do.

Homebrew allows booting disc-based games from a USB hard drive, however, since that can also be used for illegal purposes we can not provide you any help on that here.

These forums don't support piracy, so any discussion about USB loaders including use and/or installation is prohibited here.

No it isn't. Quite the opposite in fact.

Anyway, its possible, but we do not condone it here, because to give any information on such a topic would be to give information that could easily be used by pirates.

Oh really? Thought it would be since the process to get them to a storage device would be like burning them.

He asking for games without discs. That is very clearly the opposite of asking how to play burnt discs.
