Can i install the homebrew channel on my pal wii version 4.3 E

Without paying for the games to do it

Well unless you can borrow the games from a friend, you're going to have to pay for them.
You'd need either LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, or Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds Wheelie Breakers. That's the only way.

Or go to the rental store and rent them for the time while you get homebrew installed.

Once you have used the exploit once, the homebrew channel is installed and you do not have to keep the game meaning you can just rent the game.

see u can get this to work on batman lego now on any system

shame i already own this game for the xbox 360

wish they would make it to work without games

not bad the game was going second hand for 12 pounds

Well they tried to make it work without games (bannerbomb) but that was blocked by the 4.3 update.

hi i got the homebrew channel install using batman lego

but i just have bubbles on the homebrew page and that is all

the files i have on my sd card are boot.elf,private folder,apps(which is just a empty folder at the moment),bootmii all on the root of the card

but i only get bubbles when i load it up

The homebrew channel is just a facilitator.
you need to put apps in the apps folder.

Apps

Just get some apps and install them in the apps folder such that your structure looks like this:

sd:/apps/"nameofapp"

in the "nameofapp" folder you should have a boot.dol file at a minimum... most apps have an xml file and a png file for description and thumbnail... they go in there also.
