So yeah. I wanted to check the shop channel to see if I could buy a PC Engine game, but it says it needs an update for the shop channel to be accessible. I'm on 4.3U as of 6/21/2011, and I'd really like to use the shop channel again. I just don't want to lose the HBC, so I'm kinda stuck. Advice from a pro or someone who has had a similar problem before would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you have the updated version of HBC you can update again it won't hurt it, I have done this before. I know you can use dop-mii to update the shop channel but I don't know how that works.
