GTC File Help

Okay so I'm trying to add cheats to PSO and it just isn't working out. I have usb loader gx and ocarina installed but when I use the programs that transfer AR codes to WiiRD codes and use the ocarina code manager, the .gtc file doesn't appear whenever I am on usb loader or config usb loader at the cheat manager or loader; on the config usb loader it talks about error 404 and on usb loader gx it just doesnt even show up that i have a cheat file when in fact i do and its in the codes file.
SD:/codes
as well as
SD:/data/gecko/codes
and
SD:/usbloader/codes

ANY help would be much appreciated!!
