ACCF Error code 60000

I have several saved ACCF towns. My fav town will not let me open the gate. My other towns will.so it is not a router problem. Is there a file I can access to fix this? If I have to get a new town is there a way to save my friend code and my friends codes? I have gone back to earlier save files and still this gate will not open! And yes I know it is 2013 and nobody plays this game anymore :(

Figured it out.
I have 2 wiis, I created the town and was issued my friend code on the one wii, and was trying to open the gate with my town installed on the other wii. Evidently you cannot open a gate unless the code was generated on that wii. If you know how to change this, please let me know!
