My problem is when selecting Desmume, BootMii or WiiSX in the HBC it loads them properly, but the WiiMote is forcefully turned off and I can't turn it back on. I'm using just the regular Wii remote with sometimes the classic pro controller attached. Every other app works fine with both controllers. Is there something about the Apps that turn Sync off or interrupt the signal?
