All I get is a picture of ceiling cat. Are there any mirrors of current bootmii and hackmii installer versions? Thanks.

bootmii.com has nothing to do with wii homebrew, try bootmii.org.
The link for the Hackmii Installer is working fine. Maybe you tried to bookmark the link from the page and visited it again at a later time; that won't work, you have to load the download page (http://bootmii.org/download/) and then follow the link.

Getting The same as op. Bootmii.org doesn't have a working download link for the installer. Just a link to ceiling cat.
