which app should i get to downgrade the firmware

1)What firmware are you on?
2)Do you have a cIOS installed?

i have 3.3u
I have the HBC installed but there is nothing in it.
and no i dont think i have the cIOS installed i just installed the menu loader [www.wiibrew.org]
and set it to IOS30
