Twilighthack not copying?

I've done everything I need to in order to hack, but when I get to a certain area, I get blocked.
I think I have the latest system menu, as I have always updates. I downloaded the 3.4 hack.
Anyway, I go along fine until it comes to copying the Twilight hack. I delete my save file and copy the Europe hack, as I'm in New Zealand. But this is where I come to a roadblock. I know the file should remain on my Wii until I reboot or play a game or something, but I get blocked from copying it across. It lets me click "Copy" and it makes an attempt at copying, but then says "The Data cannnot be copied".
May I have a bit of assistance?
EDIT: Woops, found the problem. I thought I was 3.4. Turns out I'm 3.3. All's installed!
