What is ECC failure on log file ?

Hello, i ran the last installer of bootmii with a unsuccesfully installation... Then after send the log file... I opened and I found this: WARNING: ECC failure at page 138-447 can some one tell me what it is ?

Must be typical for all nand because I have the exact same warnings from 138-447.
But it would be great to know what it means really.
