Option to remove Nintendos ability to overwrite boot2?

I have been following the Hackmii Blog and in one post you mentioned, that it would be possible for Nintendo to flash / overwrite boot2 via update.
But, that you could take away their ability to do so by taking some strings or commands away.

Will Bootmii have an option to do this?

Would be nice to know that BootMii is safe whatever Nintendo does. :]

Maybe. It's hard, but there are a few options, none of which are foolproof or simple.

I was wondering this too. Obviously, Nintend0 will know/hear about this. So, it would be nice to know that a Ninty boot2 flash could be blocked!

Is this anything you have any plans on looking into, considering all the work that probably will be needed fixing this, for the moment only hypothetical, problem, or will the old policy remain?
