BootMii IOS launching Problem

Hello, so i installed BootMii with the new HBC update. I had to install as an ios because it would let me do BootMii 2. So i installed it and went back to the HBC and tried to find the launcher to the BootMii menu but i cant find it. Its not on the home start menu of the HBC either. I also looked at my sd card and i see there's a bootmii file on there, but it isnt a big file. Do i have to reinstall BootMii?

what version of HBC do you have installed

Well i believe it is 1.01, but i keeps telling me to update to 1.03 even though i already installed that update..

Update to 1.0.3 if you are not running it. You cannot load BootMii with 1.0.1.

When i update to 1.03 it never stays at 1.03 it always goes back to 1.01 even though it shows it installing the update... Do i have to install the update via outside file or source.
