Yes, you can.
I think your .ini file should look like this.
________________
VIDEO=NTSC
AUTOBOOT=HBC
________________


Thats for beta 1
It was late and i didn't want to pull my sd card out so i figured they might be the same, my bad.

It's pretty simple if you have bootmii as boo2.

Then, all you have to do is edit the bootmii.ini file on your SD-card (should be located here; ./bootmii/bootmii.ini).
I have copied the original file, and then just added two lines at the bottom of it (rather than "un-commenting").

# BootMii config file

# Video mode, possible settings:
# NTSC, PAL50, PAL60, PROGRESSIVE
VIDEO=PAL50

# Autoboot, possible settings:
# SYSMENU, HBC
#AUTOBOOT=SYSMENU

# Autoboot delay, in seconds:
# Default is 5
#BOOTDELAY=5


AUTOBOOT=HBC
BOOTDELAY=0

Simple as that.
