upgrading bootmii

As of yesterday I just installed bootmii to my boot2. My question is, if there is an update do I have to risk rewriting to the boot2, or just update the files on the SD card? Thanks.

both sometimes. a "Stub" is installed to Boot2, But MINI and the Bootmii GUI is installed solely to the SD. The Stib might need updating, to make it more lightweight or to support newer versions of MINI.

v 0.8 = Bootmii Beta 1
v 0.9 = Bootmii Beta 2

You will have to write to boot2 most likely, but it should be a reasonably safe process. Team Twiizers wouldnt release it if it wasn't safe.

If BootMii's bootup core is updated, then of course it will have to be written to boot 2.
