Hello,
First I want to say thanks for BootMii and all the other homebrew apps for the Wii.
I installed BootMii on my Wii. First I installed as boot2, then I also installed as IOS. Later I uninstalled it as IOS and just left the boot2 installation, and with that the BootMii option from the Homebrew Channel menu page was removed, however BootMii still runs as if it were the IOS install (the autoboot delay feature has no effect). I uninstalled both and reinstalled the boot2 BootMii only, still it ran ignoring the autoboot delay. I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention. Other than that it works like a charm. Thanks.
