boot2 nand backup question

Hello, I have a quick question regarding resetting my nand filestructure using bootmii/boot2. So, I backed up my nand a while ago, before I messed around with preloader and AnyRegion Changer. Well anyway, my Wii is having (unrelated) gpu problems, and I want to send it in, but I'm leery to do so with patched IOS's and the HBC on it. So I'm wondering if restoring the nand backup would return everything back to stock, or not? Thanks for any help

If the NAND backup was made before you modified IOSes and installed the Homebrew Channel then yes. If not, you have to do everything manually

OK, great to hear. Thanks! I'm not sure if Nintendo checks for HBC, but just to be on the safe side I want to make sure it's off before I get billed for a repair that's no longer under warranty.
